eXo Digital will contact the checkout email within one business day to confirm fit, access, inputs, scope, and start. Work does not begin until that confirmation is recorded in writing.
Need to cancel before confirmation?
Email founder@exo-digital.com. The pre-confirmation cancellation and refund rule is stated in the public terms.
Safe failure
If no receipt arrives or anything appears incorrect, do not submit payment again. Contact the founder-managed support destination with the checkout email and approximate payment time—never send card details.
